These “Investment Guidelines for Commercial-Industrial Rooftop Solar Systems in Viet Nam” were developed in the context of the “PV Rooftop Pilot Project”, a development partnership between the German development corporation GIZ, Syntegra Solar International and Cat Tuong Corporation under the develoPPP.de Programme, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) to develop a sustainable, reliable and affordable energy sector.. The complementary set of four contract templates for different business models for Rooftop Solar were developed as part of the joint Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (4E) Project/EU–Viet Nam Energy Facility (EVEF). The Guidelines is provided free of charge and available to download at http://vepg.vn/rts-investment-guidelines.
